Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI®)
TKI is a conflict resolution assessment used to open dialogues on challenging subjects. TKI addresses the differing types of conflict-handling approaches and how they affect personal, group, and organizational dynamics. The assessment measures behavior in conflict situations in which the interests and concerns of two people appear to be incompatible. Jera Partnerships provides interpretation, coaching and feedback materials that address personal predispositions and the requirements of the situation in which you find yourself.
FIRO®-B Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation
FIRO-B is a model of relations that explains the interpersonal dynamics of a small group based on the belief that when people get together in a group, there are three main needs they are looking to obtain – inclusion, control, and affection/openness. FIRO-B measures how group members feel when it comes to inclusion, control, and affection/openness and how this shapes their interactions with others at work or in their personal life.
DISC® Personality Test
DISC is a personal assessment tool used to improve teamwork, communication and productivity. The assessment centers on four different behavioral traits: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. Everyone is a blend of all four DISC styles—usually one, two, or possibly three styles stand out. Each person has a distinctive behavioral profile and understanding these difference is extremely valuable. DISC is non-judgmental and helps people discuss their behavioral differences, which improves workplace communication and creates a healthier organization.
