David Zile, COO and Founder
David Zile brings over 30 years of diversified leadership and technical experience to the team, most recently as Director of Organizational Development for THRIVE!partners serving companies in Northern Colorado, including OtterBox and Blue Ocean Enterprises. Responsibilities included leading teams engaged in Learning and Development, Communications and Employee Engagement for client companies. Under David’s leadership, he successfully launched the OtterBox Leadership Development Academy.
David served as Engineering Director for BP Lubricants USA and Engineering Manager for Castrol Lubricants USA for a significant portion of his career. In these roles he established a successful track record of building strong teams and coaching direct reports to achieve exceptional results. Previous to this, David managed one of the first Home Depot stores in the Mid-Atlantic area. Responsibilities included all Service Departments, Staffing, Training & Development as well as Sales, Merchandising and Inventory Control. Earlier in David’s career, he managed all administrative functions related to procurement, inventory, and equipment maintenance functions in a mining production environment.
David loves attending Colorado sporting events, as well enjoying the Colorado Symphony and national and local theater productions. He also appreciates the opportunity to enjoy the Colorado outdoors and a good book when the weather doesn’t cooperate.
