Brad has 20+ years of experience in consulting and in senior Total Rewards positions for companies including PepsiCo/Yum! Brands, Janus Capital Management and Level 3 Communications where he set up the first total rewards and compensation strategy for the organization. Brad has built and re‐built functions from the ground up and overseen the development and implementation of many complex systems. Brad’s consulting focuses on integrated business strategy and aligning people, process, culture and total rewards to most effectively deliver business results.  As an entrepreneur, Brad co-founded three companies, including one with a software app integrating recognition, employee ideas and pulse-feedback with key business and culture drivers.
