CEO and Founder
Diane Zile is a passionate, experienced leader who most recently held the role of Chief People Officer at OtterBox, a company frequently recognized for their engaging culture and innovative people practices. Previously, Diane co-founded the strategic business consultancy Whole Strategies. She has held senior leadership roles at McStain Neighborhoods and Level 3 Communications and has more than 25 years of strategic leadership experience at Fortune 500 companies, including YUM! Brands and Macy’s. Diane has led teams and organizations (McStain Neighborhoods and OtterBox) to attain “Top 10” state and national recognition for being “Great Places to Work”.
COO and Founder
David Zile brings over 30 years of diversified leadership and technical experience to the team, most recently as Director of Organizational Development for THRIVE!partners serving companies in Northern Colorado, including OtterBox and Blue Ocean Enterprises. Responsibilities included leading teams engaged in Learning and Development, Communications and Employee Engagement for client companies. Under David’s leadership, he successfully launched the OtterBox Leadership Development Academy.

Brad has 20+ years of experience in consulting and in senior Total Rewards positions for companies including PepsiCo/Yum! Brands, Janus Capital Management and Level 3 Communications. Brad’s consulting focuses on integrated business strategy and aligning people, process, culture and total rewards to most effectively deliver business results. As an entrepreneur, Brad has co-founded three people focused companies.
