Lori Demshar, Vice President Strategic Engagement
Lori Demshar is an award-winning, proven leader with 20 years of key front-line and sales leadership experience. She is passionate about engaging leaders, teams and organizations to help them do their best work at all levels.
Lori graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science in Communications. She has held key roles at organizations like OtterBox, FrontRange Solutions, SUMMUS Software, and Margot Elena Companies and Collections. In all of these organizations, Lori built and maintained strategic partnerships with her teams and clients resulting in higher levels of engagement, increased revenue, improved productivity and enhanced workplace satisfaction.
Lori believes in giving back to the community and has worked with Partners Mentoring Youth, the Northern Colorado AIDS Project, Denver Rescue Mission, and serves on the Board of the Colorado Talking Book Library. She is an avid baseball fan and loves the Rockies, spending time with her husband and dogs in the amazing Colorado outdoors, and getting lost in a great book.
